Biscuit Company Lofts is Linear City's award-winning adaptive reuse of the iconic, circa 1925 downtown LA Nabisco bakery building into 104 open plan live/work lofts plus Church & State bistro.
Conceived as the west coast headquarters of the National Biscuit Company, this landmark structure was designed by EJ Eckel, dean of American architects and founder of the distinguished firm of Eckel & Aldrich. Constructed at the then astounding cost of $2,000,000, this celebrated 7 story, skyscraper factory was an architectural sensation.
